"We were very impressed and wished to use her for our house buying needs. She provided us with a low stress home buying experience-which is nearly impossible. She worked extremely hard and fast. An Excellent Agent!"

Hello,
I would add a bathroom. Upgrades to baths and kitchens add to the value of the home. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us. Our website is

I would highly recommend talking with a realtor about listing your home on the MLS. It is harder to sell for sale by owner when you are in a buyers market. Also, in order to get a good offer make sure you have everything in pristine condition. This is true more so when you are in a buyers market. Good Luck. - Mon Apr 21 2008, 08:07
