REO sellers are taking an extremely aggressive approach in marketing / pricing the inventory. The theory is to solicit multiple offers rather than pricing the property out of the market. Offersubmission .com allows the buyer’s agent to submit paperless offer terms and guarantees a response by the next business day. Once terms are agreed it’s business as usual. Print out addendums directly from the site and deliver it to the listing agent along with all the standard and state required paperwork. Most certainly we can appreciate this as buyer’s agent. I for one would rather know that my offer has been declined and not have to wait countless days to hear back from the listing agent that my offer was rejected. Knowing that offers has actually been presented to the seller is key for me. I prefer not to call the listing agent 100’s of time for updates.
FYI - the fee is only paid if the deal closes.
