Unfortunately only a Realtor can list on Trulia. If you are thinking about selling your home/condo by yourself, we wish you luck..However I did want to point out according to the National Association of Realtors, the average For Sale By Owner sold his/her property for $150,000 compared to the same home selling via a Realtor for $215,000.
