This is still definately the Best Buyers Market we have seen in many years and althjough the inventories are shrinking, there still remains alot of great values available. Schenely Park is a nice area however most of the homes are not very large in terms of square footage and averate between 1200 and 1700 adjusted square feet. Coral Gables and South Miami are excellent areas and offer larger homes in a higher price range. It really depends what style, size and price range you are comfortable with. Public and Private Schools are also available in both areas.
