If you have money to support yourself for at least 8 months, and are willing to train, learn basics, financing, international markets, networking, and stay on top of the market with research and continuing education, then it is a wonderful business. Without the years of schooling other professions require. But you must work and educate yourself if this is to be long term for you. Otherwise you will join the 70% of Realtors that make $6,500 per year.
