Are you working with an agent? If not I would be happy to help you. The MLS is showing $145 per month association fee, and taxes of about $1,700 per year. Hi Rumana,
Like Amador said you want someone your parents feel comfortable with and trust. When working with a buyers agent you will have to sign a buyers agreement I suggest maybe when you find an agent you think you would like to work with is maybe sign a one week one in case you decide after looking at properties you don't feel comfortable with the agent. Let the agent know if you feel they are doing a good job and your parents are comfortable with them you will sign a longer one. I also work with foreclosures and short sales.
