About Me
I am a REALTOR in Mesquite Nevada specializing in Residential Sales and new home subdivisions, including Pulte Del Webb Sun City Mesquite - an active adult community with a state of the art Recreation Center and the Conestoga Golf Course, designed by Gary Pranks.

I have a high internet presence and utilize it to market and sell my clients' properties.

Mesquite is experiencing a high growth rate and is now the fastest growing city in Nevada.
Testimonials
"I met Virginia Hepp in February 2007 during my first visit to Mesquite Nevada in search of a new home. She provided information on the housing market in Mesquite NV and the city in general. I found Virginia to be very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to talk with. Several months later my other half and I met with Virginia to begin our search for a new home in Mesquite. She spent hours with us going over what our needs were before making suggestions of homes we should view. We made several more visits to see Virginia before she found exactly what we were looking for. In between visits, Virginia provided us with email updates to keep us informed on prices, property availability and the housing market trend in Mesquite NV. Our experience with Virginia Hepp has been a very satisfying one and look forward to continuing our working relationship during the construction phase of our new home."

"When we first met Virginia, we were driving through Mesquite NV during the 4th of July weekend. We were planning to move to Mesquite, and felt it would be a great time to look around to see available homes in the area. We attempted to contact one real estate agent listed on a sign in front of a house, but were informed that he was busy with family due to the holiday. We found another property that we wanted to look at, and attempted to call the listing agent. We were connected to Virgina Hepp, and she came right over to answer our questions and show us the home. Since we were first-time home buyers, we had quite a few questions for Virginia. We wanted a home that we could enjoy and that was still in our price range. When we decided to make an offer on a home, we contacted Virginia. She was very helpful and took great care in walking us through the process of making an offer. With her help, we were able to purchase our first home at an excellent price. We were very pleased with the entire deal! We are grateful for all of the help that Virginia gave us during our home buying experience. She was very patient and professional. When we choose to sell our current home and move up to a bigger one, we will definitely call Virginia!"

Pam - One thing you can do now - make sure you pay your current housing monthly bills on time. Keep good records - payment records on utilities, phone, cable, cell phone, etc, can be used later as alternative payment history to help with a lower credit score. You will have to wait, unless you have some cash and are willing to use creative financing - seller financing may also be an option later with some cash and good alternative payment history. Be patient, build your current credit - good luck to you. - Fri Jul 11 2008, 10:57

Maddie - Hope this good news turns into great news for you! Maybe your patience is finally paying off. I wish you the best of luck in getting a good home at a good price. - Tue Jul 8 2008, 13:11
Maddie-Your boyfriend tells you that she has spent her time with you and deserves to be compensated. She hasn't given you any value. Your time and money has no value to her. She has not earned a commission. She was not a ready and able agent. You are a ready and able buyer.
Shop for a new agent now. There are good deals - does she know where they are?
Good luck finding a new agent. Now you know what to look for. - Mon Jun 2 2008, 19:05

Hi Arthur - Before you do buy a house, consult with your tax adviser and estate planner to decide if this is the right thing to do. It could be a good plan, but be sure that you investigate thoroughly all of your options and the ramifications of paying cash for a home and then getting a reverse mortgage. Your real estate agent should be able to refer you to someone, if you don't have any professional advisers. Good luck to you. - Sat Jun 28 2008, 22:50

Cyn - This must be stressful for you. Are you living there with the bank's permission? If not, you should be prepared to move out without notice. Your idea does NOT seem feasible. Good luck to you. - Sat Jun 14 2008, 15:41
Virginia Hepp answered:
I agree with Bill - if the developer won't allow an inspection, have one done after closing. But I would do it within the first 30 days, any problems that you find immediately would be added to their after close punch list and on high priority to remedy. The sooner you identify a problem, the more credibility you have. Customer satisfaction is especially important to builders in this real estate market, the customer surveys and remarks are used to help market their homes. - Fri Jun 13 2008, 08:38
