"I met Virginia Hepp in February 2007 during my first visit to Mesquite Nevada in search of a new home. She provided information on the housing market in Mesquite NV and the city in general. I found Virginia to be very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to talk with. Several months later my other half and I met with Virginia to begin our search for a new home in Mesquite. She spent hours with us going over what our needs were before making suggestions of homes we should view. We made several more visits to see Virginia before she found exactly what we were looking for. In between visits, Virginia provided us with email updates to keep us informed on prices, property availability and the housing market trend in Mesquite NV. "When we first met Virginia, we were driving through Mesquite NV during the 4th of July weekend. We were planning to move to Mesquite, and felt it would be a great time to look around to see available homes in the area. We attempted to contact one real estate agent listed on a sign in front of a house, but were informed that he was busy with family due to the holiday. We found another property that we wanted to look at, and attempted to call the listing agent. We were connected to Virgina Hepp, and she came right over to answer our questions and show us the home. Since we were first-time home buyers, we had quite a few questions for Virginia. We wanted a home that we could enjoy and that was still in our price range. When we decided to make an offer on a home, we contacted Virginia. She was very helpful and took great care in walking us through the process of making an offer.
