Jane to be fair your question still has other non-contigency if's. Did the Listing agent price it at market value and not way under, what was the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) of the property, was your full price offer the only full price offer presented at the time. These are not contigencies, these are what the bank negotiator has to take into account to accept the offer. the BPO is not an appraisal it is an opinion that the bank gets from a third party to see if the offer is reasonable. Now if all of these are satisfactory and yours was the only full price offer I don't see why they would not take it. But... - Sat Jul 5 2008, 21:06
