When working with a buyer the initial free consultation is on the phone. I will help you set up a search based on the specific criteria you are looking for. I will also help you learn to navigate around the website. I will need a pre approval from the bank and talk to you about the monthly payment to see if you feel comfortable with it before we go out to look at properties you are interested in.According to state law an agreement must be signed before any real estate agent can show a property. Once you find your dream home we will put together an offer.

When working with the seller I like to get information about the house so I can do a CMA and then meet with you to go over the comparables and my marketing plan to get your house sold. I have a website that a lot of people visit. Most of the population goes on the web to search for a house before they even want to see the inside. There are some people that come from driving by the property and calling the number on the sign. Open houses are great if the house is in showing condition (free of clutter, clean, staged and has curb appeal) and the house is priced at what buyers are getting pre approved or have cash for.
