"Arn has a very mellow demeanor but under that is a Type-A person who gets the job done sparing you the hassles and heartaches. Arn sold the house I had in partnership with an old friend who was getting married and moving out of the area. We gave Arn certain criteria that had to be met to satisfy both of our future needs. Arn came through in flying colors with such ease it didn’t seem to really occur. Next he went about to get my new home. He introduced me to a top-of-the-line financial officer to get pre-qualified so he could get me the best deal possible. Because of his efficiency, I was qualified for a loan, put in a bid on a wonderful house (it met all on my want list), and won out over the other offers in a span of one week!
