We used Carolyn to sell our Melbourne Beach home and then, two years later, purchase a 2nd home. The market being what it was, we knew we wouldn't get our investment back, but wanted to at least get a fair price for our home. Carolyn helped us come up with a reasonable asking price and, though we received several offers from people assuming we were in a desperate situation, Carolyn was able to weed out the people just looking for a steal and bring in a qualified buyer at our asking price. She was professional, energetic and definitely knows her market. When we decided to purchase a 2nd home in the same area, there was no question who we would call.
