There are so many other homes available in nearby cities that if an agent doesn't boast about Melissa's family atmosphere, exemplary schools and beautiful city, people will be content with buying elsewhere. Unless you are a Melissa agent, you will be selling property you are familiar with in MeKinney. But if your client specifically asks for something just outside of the hustle and bustle, Melissa is the place to be.
