He outlines step by step how to deal with sellers and buyers, it is truly amazing. We have been selling some Real Estate at auction, but now I realize that we have been approaching it all wrong. Bonnie and I thought your seminar was one of the best we had attended in a long long time. All of you did a wonderful job and the material presented was first rate!
