June 1998—present
A Design/Build and Consulting firm with intense remodeling experience. Renovation of historic buildings from the 1700's (York, PA) to the classic Atlanta bungalow. Most of the new construction on my website has been integrated into working with existing structures in some way, shape or form (see our Brookhaven remodels). This unique knowledge base has given me the ability to make significant contributions to the 203(k) program as a Consultant and Inspector.

Specialties:
If major remodeling or an addition is planned, you need an advocate that has had hands-on experience with older homes - and if design services are needed, our first meeting is always free. I have experience with both 203(K) Consulting and the preparation of the permit drawings required to get the project into the hands of your contractor, and the dust flying. And if problems happen to occur with the Contractor- such as non-code compliance, breach of contract or non-performance- I have experience with neutral contract mediation and can get the project back on track.
