On our first interview, Mathew understood exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. He has a through knowledge in the area and is very well educated about school districts in the area. He had a sound plan and a very good technique in deploying that plan. We had so many questions that he answered honestly and he explained us things that we didn’t even think to ask. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. Once he even took the time to take us to a badly remodeled house to show us the things that we should stay away from. That is something that many people wouldn’t do. He always gave us his honest opinion. He showed us how to look beyond what you see and some times he out right told us “Guys, I am not recommending this house to you”. That is exactly what a buyer wants from an agent; Honesty, trustworthiness, integrity and capability. Mathew had all that and more. He was really helpful and having him as an agent was very educational to us. Because of him, we found our first home in less than a month. He was with us, helping us out through out the closing, and we are so grateful to him. He is a great agent and we recommend him whole heartedly. If we ever want to buy or sell a house we definitely go to him as he is an excellent negotiator and an incredible agent."
