In the last listing period it started at $299,000. At times in 05 it was on the market over $ 500's. My word of advice is do not look bcak. Many excellent buys are gone. Even so we have good buys they have not gotten lower since the time you saw the home. If you look now do not hesitate if you see a home in this price range now. They get sold fast and looking back does not help. Find the home you like and see if you can get it for the price you want.
