You are correct, on the Marco Island MLS the property did expire.
The reason is the Bank has completed the foreclosure process, and is now the owner.
The property is back on the market on 2/13/2009 for $355,900 but not on the Marco MLS anymore.
Now the property is listed for close to "Lot Value" - so it is VERY WELL PRICED
I've attached the new MLS sheet for you.
