Samuel Hilbert is "spot on" with his answer- Brad Masters was the listing agent - it closed on April 22, 2008 for $498,950. - Thu May 29 2008, 12:43
All answers thus far have some great information - the only thing I'll add is this - if you can't find your answer on-line, either have your realtor - or find a realtor who lives, works, and knows the MV, Kent, & Renton area well to provide you with the data as it comes available. I dislike self-promotion, but do live in between all three (Maple Valley zipcode). - Wed May 28 2008, 07:49
Depends upon your situation - and risk level. Foreclosures CAN be incredible values, but they can also be risky, because you are usually walking into a home as-is. So, there may be hidden costs that are not disclosed to you. Are you of the personality willing to sacrifice security for cost? - Thu May 1 2008, 11:29
