I believe in continuing my education to keep current with the ever changing market and have most of the designations, such as Certified Residential Specialist-CRS, Seniors Real Estate Specialist-SRES, Computer and internet specialist 'e-pro', Gradualte of the REALTOR Institute-GRI, and Certified New Homes Specialist-CSP. I also am a Pennsylvania State Certified Mediator. I assist the consusmer to resolve differences after settlement with mediation instead of having to file suit in a court of law as the first choice.
