The condo you are referring to is a two bedroom foreclosure and could be turn out to be a very good investment. The last lease two bedroom on the mls at Malibu Bay Club went for $2400. There are asking prices of $3k+. It is a bit tough to rent out at County Line but when you find the right tenant they tend to stay.
