"Valerie Wersland acted as my real estate agent when I bought my first home in August 2007. I was quite nervous and stressed out about the whole process, and I was probably a bit of a pain in the neck, but she certainly never made me feel that way. Valerie was very reassuring and helpful. She answered my phone calls and e-mails the same day every time. She went to bat for me when my loan officer was being very difficult and she got results far faster than I could have. We followed her advice in bidding on the house and I believe we got an excellent deal. I especially appreciated the simple to follow, impossible to mess up instructions she gave us when filling out the reams of paperwork. The closing was long and a little tense (our lazy loan officer strikes again). Valerie made it a lot easier because we knew everything was completely ready to go. She was very professional at the closing and she even kept us entertained during our long wait. I would absolutely hire Valerie to sell my house or ask her to help me buy another one."
