Realistically, all bank owned properties should be available through any real estate agent. The NWMLS has a check box that listing agents should check if the property is owned by a bank.

This makes it easy to search for. I did one this morning and found ~18 bank owned homes in Lynnwood alone. - Sun May 31 2009, 01:33
