The HOA fee is $295/per month, it covers water, sewer, garbage, insurance and all the maintenance (this complex has a nice green surrounding and it's very nicely kept). Also, includes the pool, spa and cabana upkeep. This complex has a part time on site maintenance person too which is covered be the HOA dues. This complex had some major renovation last year, I also can provide you some information about the condo budget if you’d like.
