Real Estate Consultant for Keller Williams
May 2003—present
The entrepreneurial spirit arose again. I decided to put all of this knowledge and experience to use in assisting people in meeting their real estate goals. I became a real estate consultant with Keller Williams. I started my career in my hometown, Longmont. After 2 years, I made a decision to expand my market and move into Keller Williams of Northern Colorado, encompassing Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland. This is where home is for my real estate career.
Real Estate for Investor/Land Development
January 1976—January 2002
I entered the real estate industry as a home buyer in 1976. Through the years, I continued buying and selling commercial and personal real estate, investing in rental properties, and partnering in a land development project converting 12 acres into 21 residential lots.
The entrepreneur spirit is a strong part of who I am. I have been involved in small businesses, taking them from an infantile stage and moving them into successful, thriving businesses.
