Just go to Noelharris.net! The downtown area in Louisville is simply exploding right now with new construction- an excellent time to get in at a lower price. Have you checked out the new condos along Waterfront Park near Slugger Field? They are comtemporary in style with ceiling to floor windows and great views of the river. I would strongly encourage you to include them in your search. If you should need any help, my contact information is also listed on Noelharris.net. Good luck! That’s not a question I could answer without firsthand knowledge of your home. I would have to see your home inside and out and see what sold recently in your area. The market a year ago is very different from just three months ago. There is actually a systematic approach to pricing a home properly and I would be happy to go through it with you. Please feel free to contact me at Noelharris@kw.com if you are interested. - Sat May 31 2008, 07:09

Currently I have a son that is a sophomore at U L and I am in that area waaaay to much. John if you give me more information about the home ( price, bedrooms, bath )you’re looking for right now I would be more than happy to help you find it. John I would like to know if you’re working with a lender or do you need some suggestions in that area? Contact me when you're ready to get started. {noelharris@kw.com , 502-554-9539} - Sat May 31 2008, 06:46

The simple answer to your question is yes.... you can cancel. The hard part to answer is when. Your contract has parts to it that allow you to walk away if certain things aren't met. For ex.... If you can't secure a loan you can cancel. If they refuse to make repairs according to your contract you may be able to cancel. The answer is in the contract.

I would hope if you submitted an offer you plan to see it through to completion. There are some unforeseen circumstances sometimes that may cause you to withdraw an offer.

It is normal to feel what we Realtors refer to as “Buyers Remorse” This happen a lot when you have rented and suddenly you realize that you are now responsible for the total up keep of the home. This thought wake some people up in the middle of the night.

There are warranties and insurance company set up to help you. - Tue Mar 25 2008, 13:50
