I agree! You need to get an agent to do perform a CMA for you to make sure that the home is worth what you think it is worth. A qualified agent can give you an estimate on what you will get out of the home and provide you with a sellers estimated net sheet to show you what you will come out with after commissions, closing costs and taxes. - Fri Mar 28 2008, 21:51
