Don't be fooled , and I disagree, prices have come down, you just have to work with the right professionals to find the homes..... The issue with the last few years is that many agents were not looking out for there clients best interests and only looking for how much they can make. While I kept alerting people to the pending downturn some clients kept buying and now when they call me I can only say..... " Didn't I warn you " ..... now they listen to me and they are permanent believers and clients of mine now.

Foreclosed homes and short sales are available. Prices have come down in Arcadia, don't be fooled. I am also a state licensed appraiser and I can tell you for a fact they have come down.
