Hi Chardy,

Short answer - your complex is not FHA approved.

Long answer (for those of you also wondering how to look up your complex) - The website provided in the previous posts is correct. The hard part is that HUD believes that putting address is too hard, so they don't do it. Trying to search by name is also difficult, because they don't always use the name in the listing. The best approach is to use the Tract number for the condo development. The Tract number is what HUD calls the Condo ID in the search system.

To find the Tract number in the city of Los Angeles requires that you go to the city planning website and enter the address of the property. In the data provided you will find the Tract number that you can then enter into the HUD search and find the complex. The city website is http://zimas.lacity.org/

The only condo approved in 90027 is called the Worchell.

Best,
