You are free to work with as many agents as you like, as long as you don't sign an exclusive buyer agreement. With that in mind, if you are a serious buyer, you would want to sign an exclusive buyers agreement which will recieve more attention when you do chose to work with one agent. He./she will show their commitment to you , as you will show them you are committed to them.
We work with buyers who come and go all the time, but the ones who stick with us see the difference. They get more personal attention and are placed on a priority mode over those buyers who are just floating through.
