Find out the statistics for your area. Where are the buyers coming from, are they local or out-of-state? A local broker will know your area and be better prepared to sell it. Pick a national franchise for better exposure. Exit Realty is an excellent choice as it is relatively the new kid on the block but quickly becoming a major player.
