Your welcome and food for thought: Your friend is going to make one of her biggest financial investments in her life. And if this agent took it upon himself to perform this act, she should look upon this as a major red flag regarding his ways of doing business.
This agent's actions seem to demonstrate that they were more interested in generating a commission then what would be in their client’s best interest. Even though they were trying to seal the deal on a home the buyer wanted. There is no excuse for his/her actions in this case.
