Hi there, I have shown that condominium complex to some customers moving here from Las Vegas. They loved the units. I loved them. It is a unique building for Long Beach in that area of town. Safety is a big issue for people, as it should be. If you look at the lay out of these units. I think they are pretty isolated to themselves. I always say. This is Long Beach, we are a city of many pockets. I think you should look for an agent that can run the comps for the area and perhaps other complexes like this in the area to give you a better price comparison. I will add this. Real estate is a long term investment. What will you get from buying something right now like this development? They are new. They are willing to work with you. If you are a first time buyer, I think this is a nice place. Have you seen all the other short sales, REO's etc in these price range and how much work you have to do to them?
