I enjoy meeting, getting to know, and working with people. I am motivated by completeing a deal without any problems. I enjoy the challenge of being sure everything is right at the closing table. I treat fellow agents with respect and honesty through the negotiating process. I feel that I am trusted.
I have a varied background and feel I can work with any group of people.I served two years in the Army spending 1 1/2 years in Germany. I have experience in farming having made the wheat run, harvesting from Oklahoma to northern Minnesota. I am a Tech School graduate trained in Marine and Small Engine Repair. I spent 25 years in the boat and snowmobile business, working for the Larson/Glastron factory as well as being a crew chief for the Ski Doo Factory race team for more than 10 years. I have worked with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing, while working for the factories.
I have traveled from Alaska to New York to Florida and most stops in between.
I worked with some of the best boat photographers in the country when I was at Larson/Glastron as I worked all the photo shoots. I did learn some things about photography and apply those things when I am taking pictures for my listings. I generally take 100 or more photos and choose the best ones to make virtual tours and flyers to showcase my listings in their best possible light.
