This is a procuring cause issue in our busines. If the Realtor brought the buyer in, wouldnt you feel as though you owed them a fee? All the other agents are 100% correct, it goes back to contract terms, but if this agent listed your house, marketed your house, and then the listing expires and a buyer that was brought in through agents efforts wants to make an offer? Best bet is to call your agent back and get some representation...you might have a sale to attend! - Earlier today
