Hi Fred, I've actually moved from Germany three times in my life, most recently in 2003. I know it's a culture shock even having lived here before to relocate back to the states. I have several contacts who are in the IT field as well as lendors whom you could email with in order to have your specific questions answered about your financing. I would love to assist you with your move. I speak conversational German as well but not so much Dutch.
