I would suggest you start looking online now. I can refer you to an agent in the area. I highly recommend a complete property inspection, termite, etc... You will also need to obtain an appraisal.. The inspection and appraisal may take 1 week after you identify the home of your choice, the title search may take 3-5 days then you can schedule the closing. I would say 3 weeks would be a minimum after identifying the home. Good luck.
