Do not purchase a home without a Realtor. Why would you not use the services of a person who can totally guide you through this homebuying process and not cost you anything? A Realtor can help you determine the best offering price, can help you get through home inspections and re-negotiations, can help with financing and can look out for your best interest throughout the whole process....all for free. Most FSBOS are going to be priced incorrectly, uninformed of all their legal responsibilities and not adequately prepared or willing to look after anyones interest but their own. Seems like an easy decision.
Oh, and thanks for the chuckle....asking agents how to buy a home without an agent :)
