Nic Zawarski & Sons at Willow Bend are well respected and reputable builders. As far as saftey and water problems are concerned you should have no issues. The property is not on any flood plain and the community is extremely safe. If you are not to familiar with the Lehigh Valley you can pass up on some great neighborhoods and potential money savings deals. But no matter where you move to getting into Long Island is always a hassel.
