According to county records, there have been no recent sales recorded on this property. If you are interested in taking a look at it, let me know and I'll see where the sellers and/or bank are with it at this point. It is possible that you may be able to view it, but if it is in the foreclosure process there may be a waiting period to submit and hear back on an offer.
