My wife and I have lived in Las Vegas since 1976. We have been investors in Real Estate since 1980. I specialized at purchasing properties at auction, fixing them up to "like new" condition and either renting them or selling at profit. My wife Kim has specialized at selling New Homes, and foreclosures and we work together with clients investing, relocating, or looking for a home for their family. Having lived in Las Vegas since 76 gives us a lot of experience and knowledge about the city, and the best location to invest or live.
