Dear Perplexed. I am very sorry to hear about your situation. You are certainly faced with some difficult choices ahead. I commend your for not giving up and trying to find a solution with your lender.

I specialize in short sales in Las Vegas. My experience as a legal assistant back in DC/Philadelphia areas for nine year has given me a negotiating edge with many lenders. My goal is to get you out from under your Las Vegas property with as little money out of your pocket as possible and get your moving forward with your life (or lives in this case).

You most definately have a legitimate hardship and should try to short sale the property. Please give me a call and I can walk you through the short sale process - from the initial paperwork, to marketing the property, to closing.

All the best,
Nichole LaVigne
