Ute is correct, you are not entitled to know, however that is not necessarily a bad things. You would not want all Sellers to be entitled to know how much you are offering on other houses, so this keeps the level playing field.

Peggy is correct, all you have to do is rescind your bid. Just let the Sellers know you are withdrawing your offer, you should not have any problems.

Try contacting a local Realtor that can help you find properties that will accept your voucher. Trying to search the newspaper for this type of rental may prove to be more difficult. A Realtor can point you in the right direction.
