About Me
I am a full-time Real Estate Agent serving the entire Las Vegas Valley, including Summerlin, Aliante, Henderson and Lake Las Vegas. As a marketing and sales professional, I am committed to providing clients with an in-depth knowledge of the current housing market, including the new Hi-Rise Condominium Projects. With a complete understanding of the escrow and title transaction process, I have the dedication needed to make sure that each transaction goes as smoothly as possible.

I am an active member of the Education Department at the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®, working to help fellow REALTORS® in the Las Vegas Valley stay up-to-date on current practices and state regulations.

As your trusted advisor, skilled negotiator and expert facilitator, I will give each client and transaction the attention and time deserved. Buying or selling real estate property is a complex process. Whether a first time buyer or seller, or a seasoned investor, I take a genuine interest in my client’s individual needs to help them achieve their own personal and financial goals.

Prior to being a licensed real estate agent in Nevada I practiced real estate in New Jersey; making me uniquely qualified to assist others in making the move from a major metropolitan area to the rapidly growing Las Vegas Valley.

With knowledge, dedication and a commitment to quality, I will listen to your needs while helping to remove any stress from your next real estate sale or purchase.

Tony,
You can look into doing a lease option with terms (say 2 years) that will allow your current home to gain back some equity while renting out your property.

Bill Johnson answered:
Some new home builders don’t allow home inspectors on the property for the purpose of a home inspection. If this is your case, then what you do is at the end of the first year bring in your home inspector and ask him to do a punch list of the items that need repairs. The builder under his warranty should make all the corrections.

Good luck.

Bill Johnson answered:
Al, Summerlin and Henderson are very popular areas in Las Vegas.
I would start there and travel around these communities. If I can help, let me know. Also, lenders only offers second homes to foreign nationals with 35-45% down and the down payment hast to be seasoned to 30 days in a United States bank account. I have a French investor wanting to buy and this is making it hard.

Good Luck,
Bill Johnson
