"Testimonials:
"It was great working with Susan. She spent several months with us as we planned our move. The last thing we needed was extra pressure during this time. She was patient and kept in constant contact with us until finding a home we love!""

Hi Frank,
I looked up your home and see that you've been on the market since November and started at a list price of $175,000 (which was reasonable back then) and now you are at $159,999. However, in the past 6 month only two units have sold - both slightly larger than yours - with sales prices of $158,000 and $150,000. Currently there are three units priced less than yours. You've got two things going on here. The competition is lower and likely getting the showings AND there's a simple matter of supply and demand. There are 16 units on the market and only 6 sold in the past 12 months. Your unit is getting overlooked because the buyers that are looking are going for the lowest priced property.
You've got to set yourself apart with the right marketing plan. I'd be happy to meet with you and show you why my listings are getting showings and getting attention. Please give me a call at (702) 234-5776. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 11:02
