How long does it take from when a property sells, for it to be listed here?

Home prices will fall until they reach a level that people will buy. As soon as the prices start going up, we'll all know what the bottom looked like. Since the future is difficult to predict with absolute certainty, we'll have to wait and see what happens. However, waiting is not an option for everyone. Some people prefer the huge selection of homes and the negotiation possibilities that this market has to offer right now. It's all about what's right for your personal situation.
