I don't live in your area, but I know the answer! Get rid of the Realtor!! My husband & I work together for Remax. If we get a listing, I get it into the computer that day with pictures. It takes longer to do the visualtour because of editing so many pictures. but it's within 1-3 days. I do the brochure after that. All is done within 1-4 days. If they are not holding up to their side of the contract , getting the things done, (what they promise) you should get out of the contract too. If we had a customer who was unhappy, we would let them out of the contract early. Why get a bad reputation. Anything on the internet can be done instantly. It may take a day to download to Realtor.com, but within 1-3 days any sites they promised it would be on, should be done. Also, call her Broker and tell her what is going on.
