The easiest way is to find these properties is to contact the real estate firm that has listings of the type you are looking for. Some sellers may look at this as an attractive way to move a property in a slow market. If you find a property for sale that interests you contact the company and ask. I suggest that you always get an appraisal, because you don't want to add to the cost of the purchase over and above the financing charges. (I'm not an appraiser, so this is not a commercial.)
