About Me
My person-to-person successful sales experience is the basis for my full-time real estate business.

I am originally from Wilmette and then Libertyville, Illinois but my heart has always been in the Lake Geneva area. My grandparents had a home on Cedar Point in Williams Bay and that gave me along with my brothers and sisters memorable times. Those days are why I enjoy living and selling real estate in the lake area. Single family homes on the lakefront, lake access along with condominium living are my specialties.

How can I find the statistics for the houses sold in Oshkosh, WI in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007?

You would want to know that there are 5 communities that border Geneva Lake. The town of Linn and Geneva, the Village of Williams Bay and Fontana and the City of Lake Geneva. Within those areas are condos and single family homes. There is an order to value with the lake, deeded boat slips and lake front, deeded boat slips and access, lake front and community access, community access. Areas of the alke will differ in price - you will want to tour with an Agent! And, there are many lovely lakes with a variety of price points if you decide that Geneva Lake is more than you wish to invest. Write to me at my email - conversation is always welcome.
