"Teresa was very helpful during our search for a new home for four ladies residing in our residential program. She and I discussed exactly what we were looking for and the parameters for the house and she had located the perfect home for these ladies within 3 days. She followed each step of the process from offer to closing providing all guidance and information needed. She listens to her client and makes the whole process as easy as possible. I highly recommend her for any real estate transaction. Susan Lane, Operations Support Director, Florence County Disabilities and Special Needs Board"

Elizabeth from what I have read, I don't think the plan helps anyone who has already gone into foreclosure. FHASecure helps people who are behind on their payments refinance their adjustable rate loans into more affordable loans with lower payments. - Thu Aug 7 2008, 17:52

Karen don't give up. We will just have to look hard to find one in the right area and in your price range. Many people will list their home for a lot but will take a lot less when it comes to it. Let me know exactly where in Florence you want to be and I will try to help you find something in your price range. Check out my website and email me. - Fri Jul 25 2008, 17:45

Just because a home is priced at a certain amount does not mean you have to offer that. There are a lot of foreclosures coming on the market. Does it need to be in Florence or can it be in the surrounding areas? Check out my website and email me and I will assist you in finding something you can afford. - Fri Jul 25 2008, 17:42

Lindsey,
I have some information at home about the program but I am currently out of town this week, but you can get the information at the court house in Florence at the city offices. You can also check out this website
http://www.americandreamdownpaymentassistance.com/state.cfm?
to see if you qualify for the SC Housing Program Down Payment Plan. As best as I can remember the one in Florence is only for certain areas and you have to qualify financially for assistance.

This program is specifically for house listed through this program. If you look on the website there is only one house listed in the Florence area. - Sat Jul 19 2008, 10:10
