"I was interested in finding a property in Laguna Niguel last August and a friend of mine referred me to Ellen. I contacted Ellen and discussed the possibility of her helping me since I did not know the area very well. She had me answer some questions for her, type of house I was looking for, price range etc. and then she emailed me a list of properties that matched. I let Ellen know which properties I wanted to see and she worked with me to schedule some time to actually meet and view the properties.
